Refund policy

We would fully facilitate the refund of the product when:

• The product you received is damaged.
• The color of the product doesn’t match with the one you ordered.
• Any stitching defect is found in any product.
• Please note that color or texture variations can be found in pictures and original products due to the differences in camera's lighting.

Conditions For Refund:

• If the product you received is defective or different from what you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached.

• Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please note that customized items cannot be returned.
